Who else can’t stop thinking about DJ Shmuley, the popular and cringey bat mitzvah DJ from “You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah”? Us too.
Here are 18 things to know about DJ Shmuley… er, the Israeli actor who played him, Ido Mosseri.
1. Ido Mosseri was born on April 17, 1978 in Tel Aviv to a Jewish family.
2. He’s an Aries.
3. He’s of Sephardic and Mizrahi descent on his father’s side and Ashkenazi descent on his mother’s.
4. Ido was a pretty cute kid.
5. His brother Tal Mosseri is also an actor!
6. Ido was a child actor. He made his first TV appearance in the 1987 show “Tofsim Rosh.”

7. He graduated from the Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts in 1996 and (after serving in the IDF) continued his studies at the Nissan Nativ Acting Studio, graduating in 2002.

9. In 2009, Ido released an album of songs he had written and composed.
