In the case of Jewish actor and heartthrob Zac Efron, the answer is a resounding yes! Dylan Efron has recently come into the public eye as a contestant on the third season of “The Traitors.”

Here are 18 things to know about him.

1. Dylan was born on Feb. 6, 1992 in San Luis Obispo to David Efron and Starla Baskett.

3. His first name isn’t actually Dylan. It’s Nicholas! His full name is Nicholas Dylan Harrison Efron.

“I’ve always gone by Dylan. My mom was a big hippie and loved Bob Dylan, so that’s where it came from,” he told brobible.

4. Dylan was a pretty cute little kid.

5. Zac and Dylan have a close relationship.

“I love him to death, there’s a certain kind of relationship — it’s just a brother bond,” Zac said of Dylan to Entertainment Tonight.

6. Dylan often gets asked what it’s like to be Zac Efron’s brother.

“Dude, I’ve been looking up to him since I was 4.  You look up to your older sibling, you copy them, you do that thing and it’s like, nothing’s changed because he was famous,he said in a YouTube video.

7. Dylan’s parents divorced in 2016, and his father remarried and had two more children. Dylan is now an older brother to Olivia and Henry.

8. Dylan was raised agnostic. However, he has Jewish ancestry through his paternal grandfather, Hal.

13. Dylan is also in the entertainment business! He produced his brother’s Netflix show “Down to Earth” as well as “Off the Grid,” worked as a coordinator on “A Star Is Born” and had his own YouTube docuseries “Flow State.”

14. Plus, he wrote a script for a Lifetime rom-com. “I wrote a script for the Lifetime Channel about a love triangle gone wrong. It never made it to the screen but I hope it will someday,” he told Just Jared.

I think he’s going to win,” Zac said in June. “He’s really good at games, and I just have a good feeling about it. He is just the best at games. Growing up, he was a first roll Yahtzee kind of dude. If I was him, I would move to Vegas and just play games. He’s that good, so I got high hopes for him.”
